This PH Probe is used for acid and alkali test. The electrode is made of a pH glass electrode and a reference electrode combined composite electrode, which is pH meter measuring sensor for measuring the concentration of an aqueous solution of H (pH value), it is widely used in various fields to be detected in the pH. The PH electrode has a single cylinder that allows direct connection to the input terminal of a PH meter, controller, or any PH device which has a BNC input terminal. The PH electrode probe is accurate and reliable that can give almost instantaneous readings.

How to use:

• PH composite electrode additive liquid type, plastic shell (PC), Q9 plug, low noise shielding wire (800 mm), fiber salt bridge, silver - silver chloride reference, 3.0 mol/L potassium chloride as reference solution (including silver chloride), used in conventional PH measurement to the laboratory.
• The electrode measuring end is down, and the black electrode cap is knead, and then it is gently dumped several times to check that the inside of the sensitive glass membrane and the salt bridge should be filled with a solution without air bubbles.
• The electrode is kept open and connected with the acidity meter, and the slope of the electrode is corrected in two different standard buffer solutions. (calibration procedures refer to the acidity meter)
• For the protective cover of the electrode, add a solution of 3.0mol/L chloride with a height of about 18mm, and gently pinch the protective sleeve to make it flat, and install on the electrode measurement end.
• Close the electrode and the nozzle and place the electrode inside the box to keep it at room temperature.
• When the electrode is immersed in standard buffer or under test, hold the electrode to quickly stir or shake the electrode holder to fill the sensitive glass and salt bridge with a solution.
• In order to obtain accurate results, the electrodes should be calibrated and measured in accordance with various conditions.
• The external reference liquid level of the electrode is the best at 10mm in the liquid level of the liquid and must not be lower than the surface of the tested sample.
• Always keep the electrode plug clean and dry.
• Do not immerse the electrode in the solution
• After the electrode is used, please carefully clean the electrode.
• The components of this product have a PC (polycarbonate) shell, glass components and silicone rubber material. Please make sure that your sample solution does not harm the material before you measure the sample.
• Don't change the electrode plug without authorization, otherwise it will not work properly.
