The core material is high strength nylon material which is moulded with PU rubber. This combination of Nylon and PU material provides a high performance and high endurance wheel with high weight bearing capacity. 

 

Polyurethane wheels can usually carry heavier weights than rubber wheels because of the hardness of the material and it is also more resistant to splitting and tearing.
