The software for this driver is mach2, mach3, (mach3 has support for WIN7 system), KCAM4 and so on.Stepper motor drive adopts TB6600 brand new original chiprated maximum output: ±4.5A, 40V, peak 5A, low output impedance, source 0.5Ω, receiving terminal 0.4Ω, low voltage shutdown, thermal shutdown circuit and circulation protection. I designed the current output to 0.5A 1A 1.8A 2.5A 3.3A 4A 4.5A to accommodate more motors and different currents. The four-axis design uses a half-flow design circuit to reduce the heat generated by the drive and reduce the heat generated by the motor, so that the drive and motor can reach the longest life.The TB6600 has 1 2 4 8 16 subdivision and attenuation modes that can be set to run smoothly and with low noise.

  • Inductive DC to DC step-down module, the computer end uses power isolation module design, only one set of power input can run, input voltage 24V-40V. Allow high voltage input, completely beyond TB6560 The input voltage of TB6560 is generally 24V.
  • Added external signal input diaphragm isolation. All use optical aperture isolation input, increased analog 0-10V output, combined with spindle control inverter MACH3 software speed regulation.
  • Add another set of relay selection output (two sets of relays can be output at the same time, respectively control two different devices to achieve load isolation, relay 1 is set for P9 pin, relay 2 is set for P16 pin , relay 3 is for P17 lead Foot setting )
  • Added 20-pin multi-function interface, can be used for multiple signal docking input control (can be directly input with the handle or Weihong card signal), can be controlled by single chip microcomputer, ARM, DSP.
  • Add a signal buffer chip to amplify the external signal and increase the accuracy of the pulse.
  • The oversized bottom E-shaped aluminum heat sink guarantees full load operation for 24 hours at very low temperatures (fans or other heat sinks can be added).
