Frequently asked questions for buying products from ROBOKITS.
What is the procedure to buy products ? Select product of your choice from category or search from search box. Once you are on the product page select options (if any) and click on 'Buy Now' button. You can add any number of any products to your shopping cart. You can see the shopping cart any time. Once you finalize your shopping, go to checkout option. If you are not registered user on our website, you must register yourself with correct information before placing the order. If you are already registered login with your user id and password. Select payment and shipping options. If you wish to pay online, make the payment with Credit Card, PayPal or Netbanking. If you wish to pay offline, select other methods and confirm the order. After making the payment inform us about your payment on this page (Payment Information) You will be provided a order number which you can quote for any further communication with us.
Once I make payment in how many days will I receive my order? We ship the order on the same working day on which we receive your payment if all the products you have ordered are in stock. Please check availibility on product page. You should receive the products within 1-3 working days after we ship the products. In most major cities the order is delivered on next working day. For other location it may take few more days depending upon your location.
Can I place orders by phone or email? No, We do not accept orders by phone or email as it becomes a big hassel for us and the customer as there are chances of miscommunication with customers and create problems in future. If the order is not generated we can not provide warranty and future support to customers without any reference or Order number on our website.
I do not have credit card, can I still buy products from you? Do you have any dealers from where we can buy products? No, We do not any dealers. All the information of all our products are on our website. You can directly buy from our website and we will send the products through courier directly to your address. If you are in Ahmedabad, you can place the order on our website first and call us and pick up your order from our office after confirming with us. Timings for pickup from our office is between 12 PM to 6 PM on all working days.
I want to buy a product from you which is not listed on your website. How can I buy that product along with my order for other items? For all the items which are available on the website, please generate an order. Send us an email on info@robokits.co.in with your order id for any furthur requests.
What are the discount options? We are conducting a workshop, Can you provide kits for us? Yes, We are already providing kits to many individuals and organisations at very competitive prices. For more informaton contact us with complete details at info@robokits.co.in . Contact us before atleast 2-3 weeks before the date of your workshop so that there are no hassles in the deal. I need PI for my order what should i do? Can I get products on COD/VPP basis? How to Pay? | Indian Customers | Credit / Debit Card paymentWe accept Credit/Debit card and Net Banking payments through a third party payment gateway CCAvenue which is secured and fastest way to make payments on our website. All your personal data for payments is taken only by CCAvenue and not by us. We accept Indian & International credit cards like Visa, American Express, Citibank E-Cards, Diners Club International, JCB Cards. You can also pay through net banking through this facillity. Transfer made through this method are immediate. Please note that you can also transfer funds through NEFT through your online bank account without any processing charges but it may take time to transfer. You need to pay 5% processing fees for Credit/Debit card payments and Net banking transfer through CCAvenue. If you have selected any offline method of payment and afterwards you want to pay with credit card, please send an email to us at info@robokits.co.in with subject "Credit Card Payment : Order ID".
Deposit Cash/Cheque/DD in our account You can pay easily by depositing Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft to our bank account. Please note that the order will be processed after the amount is credited in our account in case of cheque and DD. Net-Banking (Electronic Funds Transfer, NEFT/RTGS) You can also pay by net banking if you have an online banking account with any nationalized bank which gives you facility to transfer the funds to our bank accounts. You can simply send a screenshot of your final transaction page. Send Cheque/DD by Postal Mail We do not recommend this method as it takes a long time to reach us and it would also cost you for courier. Instead of sending the cheque or dd to us you can directly deposit it in our bank account in your nearest branch of Bank of India or Bank of Baroda. You can send Multicity Cheque, Demand Draft or money order on our address as below. Orders will be dispatched immediately after receiving payment.
